Dr. Renee Grudzien, Veterinarian
Dr. Renee grew up in Michigan in the country with dogs, cats, goats, horses and a variety of other pets. After finishing her undergraduate degree she attended veterinary school at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. After graduation she practiced in central Massachusetts seeing both small animal and equine patients. In 2007 she, her husband and daughter moved to Louisiana and she began working for Dr. Reina shortly thereafter. In 2014 Dr. Reina sold her the practice and it became Companion Care Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Renee and her family live in the country near DeQuincy on a horse farm. They have 4 dogs and 5 cats who all came to them as strays, in addition to the many horses and goats that live on the farm. Her husband Jason is the Office Manager for the practice and they have one daughter. If Dr. Renee is not at the clinic she is at the family farm working with the horses.
Jason Grudzien, Office Manager
Jason grew up in central Massachusetts with horses and hunting dogs. After high school he began working at Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine and trained as a large animal technician. It was there that he met his future wife, Renee as a veterinary student. They got married shortly after her graduation. Jason continued to train horses and the family moved to Louisiana in 2007. When his family bought Reina Veterinary Clinic in 2014 Jason became the Office Manager at Companion Care Veterinary Clinic. He and his family live on their horse farm near DeQuincy with many rescued dogs and cats.
